The hotel room was advertised as a King Suite, which I found very misleading since the bed was actually a queen size. However, the room was a great size with plenty of room for our luggage, and I must say the shower was amazing. On the downside, the room felt cold and lacked carpet which made it feel even colder, and there was an additional charge for valet parking.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room, although spacious and with a great shower, was not as expected since it was a queen bed in a King Suite. Someone even entered the room during the night, which was unsettling. However, the room had ample space for our belongings. The service was friendly but took a long time, and the slow pace was noticeable. The location was fantastic, right in Downtown Dallas, but it was a bit pricey. The dining experience was okay, although I missed having breakfast options. Overall, the facilities were decent but not outstanding.
